About the Journal
The Nigerian Juridical Review is an international law journal published by the Faculty of Law, University of Nigeria, Enugu Campus in Enugu, Nigeria. It is one of the oldest law journals in Nigeria. The journal publishes peer-reviewed scholarly articles in diverse areas of law, domestic and international. It provides a forum for legal scholars and jurists to publish their research findings on contemporary legal issues including review of laws and development in the legal landscapes that have national, regional and international impact.
The Nigerian Juridical Review is published exclusively in English Language. It aims to develop and promote legal scholarship and the application of law to solve social, political and economic problems. It publishes original and well-researched articles and case review on all areas of law national, international or comparative. It accepts papers dealing with contemporary legal issues and embodying doctrinal or empirical research methodology. The journal publishes articles on the laws of other jurisdictions which challenge the Nigerian and African jurisprudence or proffers solution to resolving specific legal issues.
All manuscripts submitted to the journal are peer reviewed and only those found to have met the required level of scholarship are accepted for publication.
