Vol. 16We are delighted to publish this volume of the Nigerian Juridical Review, which is the first since the COVID-19 pandemic lockdown. It features an interesting piece on rule of law and governance in the global South amid the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as other exciting articles in diverse areas of law. We have also included a case review advocating the adoption of a human rights approach to data protection in Nigeria.
